Musicians bring your instruments and come jam with the other fellow musicians.
A reception will be held at 6pm . Our featured Artist this month is Levi Jiron. Levi was born March of 1977 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is full-blooded (4/4) Isleta Pueblo Indian. He grew up on the Isleta Reservation, which is located just south of Albuquerque. He was raised on his grandparents farm and grew up helping his grandfather in the fields and tending to their animals.

Levi attended elementary school on the reservation but attended middle and high school in the neighboring community of Los Lunas, New Mexico. He graduated from High School in 1995 from Los Lunas High School.

In 1999 Levi, his wife, and son moved to Odessa, MO. When they moved to Missouri Levi and Lori both attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Levi graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in studio painting. Levi also found his love for creating sculptures during this time.

Levi has had artwork shown throughout, North Carolina, Missouri, and Kansas. Levi currently lives in Odessa with his wife and two sons, Ryder (11) and Cooper (1). He continues to create, show and sell artwork. You can learn more about Levi at levijiron.com. This is Levi's first time exhibiting at the Alcott or in Kansas City, Kansas.
