Pilates and Book Club at the YWCA

Attention Ladies! Wednesday, May 20th the YWCA is offering a FREE Pilates class from Noon to 1 p.m. Every Wednesday, the YWCA Women's Health & Fitness Center holds Pilates for members only, but on May 20th, we are opening it up to non-members for a free trial. Our Pilates instructor, PJ, is ahead of the game and knows how to help you get in shape and stay looking sharp! The class is designed to accommodate every fitness level and you don't have to bring anything with you except a good attitude! Come in and check it out for yourself! No RSVP required. Common Grounds Book Discussion Group Sponsored by Main Library @ YWCA Corner Coffee Cafe 1017 N. 6th Street, Downtown KCK May 20th at 1 p.m. The Women Who Raised Me A Memoir by Victoria Rowell Accomplished film and television star Victoria Rowell salutes her female mentors in this award-winning memoir.
